At Cravings Pet Care, we are a UK-based business and we take full responsibility for the safety, quality, and legality of every product we sell.

All of our products are imported into the UK in compliance with UK pet food and feed safety regulations, and we work with one carefully selected manufacturing facility to ensure consistency and traceability.

 

Manufacturing & Certification

Our products are manufactured in a certified facility in China that operates under internationally recognised food safety systems, including:

- HACCP food safety certification (issued by the China Quality Certification Centre)

- Registration with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) as required for pet food exporters

These certifications confirm that the facility follows structured food safety controls and international export requirements.

 

UK Import Controls & Testing

Before products can be imported into the UK, they must meet strict requirements. This includes:

- Official export and health documentation

- Certificates of Origin

- Microbiological and safety testing

- Compliance checks at import where required

Only products that meet all applicable standards are released for sale.
